In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team so that we can work together on a resolution.

Returns

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by management. If you are having an issue with your order please follow these steps to submit a return request..

Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our business we do not currently allow exchanges. If you are having issues with your order, please contact our support team for a resolution.! If a mistake was made with your order (wrong product, missing item, or size) please email us. We will correct it ASAP and send it with no additional cost. Once order has been made there can be no cancellations. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue further.

Lost / Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, while in possession of the post office or after being delivered, you will need to contact the post office and file a claim with them. Contact number for USPS is 1-800-275-8777.
